This $65 MagSafe Wallet Can Wirelessly Charge Your Phone and has a Find My Tracker too (Yes, Really)

Can your wallet charge your phone or even your smartwatch? Sure, if someone came up to you on the street and asked you that, you’d probably wonder if they were drunk. But we’re a design blog, we deal with scenarios most humans don’t think of, and then solve problems most humans don’t know they had. The back of your phone is prime real estate. It’s where Apple wants you to mount your charger, your stand, and even your wallet – but you couldn’t possibly do all those things together. For example, if you’ve got a MagSafe wallet on the back of your phone, you need to take it off if you want to charge your device.

The Atlas wallet changes that – It’s perhaps the only wallet (that I’ve heard of) that lets you charge your phone and smartwatch. Meanwhile, it holds cards, functions as a MagSafe stand, and even comes with a built-in tracker with Apple Find My… so just in case your wallet isn’t attached to your phone, you can still track it. It packs 5 unique features in its design, putting it ahead of any wallet you’ve ever owned. So the next time someone asks if your tracker can charge your phone, or if your wallet works as a phone tripod, you could just say yes.

Wallets have become as multifunctional as phones themselves. In the past, they just held cash and coins. Then they made space for cards, then gradually some wallets added slots for EDC like keys, then someone built a tracking device to fit into your wallet, then finally someone managed to magnetically attach them to your phone. Atlas takes that a step forward by giving your wallet a healthy dose of extra features. Its 5-in-1 design allows it to be a bifold wallet, a MagSafe stand, a wireless charger, a tracking device, and a modular accessory that lets you snap on added storage.

The Atlas measures a respectable 15mm, which is quite impressive considering it’s a bifold wallet (and mine’s definitely twice as thick). Snap it onto the back of your phone, and it sits there like a MagSafe card holder, with space for not just cards on the back, but inside too. Open it the way you’d open a bifold wallet, and you see enough storage space for 4 cards on the inside, with slots for 2 extra cards on the outside, bringing the total up to 6 cards.

The bifold comes with a friction hinge between both flaps, which means it holds its shape/angle when opened. You can open it at any angle between 0° and 180°, and the Atlas sticks, making it a perfect kickstand too. You don’t need to prop your phone up against a coffee cup or the side of your laptop anymore; your wallet does it for you. Aside from the multi-angle ability, the MagSafe ring lets you rotate your phone between landscape and portrait mode too, which means you can watch Netflix OR TikTok while your phone’s propped up.

The MagSafe built into the Atlas is fairly strong too, offering 2000g of magnetic pull (in short, it takes 2 kilograms of weight to detach the wallet)… that’s about 4x as strong as the average MagSafe wallet. This means the wallet stays on your phone like it means business, and never slides off accidentally.

However, the Atlas isn’t meant to live on your phone 24×7. It’s designed to be used as a standalone wallet too, should you choose. A built-in tracker keeps the wallet’s location accessible at all times, so you don’t have to worry about where you left/lost your wallet… and you don’t have to sacrifice a card slot for one of those Chipolo trackers either. Tracking comes built into the Atlas, and compatibility with Apple Find My means you can view your wallet’s location on your phone. You can ring your wallet too, playing a chime sound that helps you track the exact location of your Atlas.

Along with tracking, the Atlas also features a smartly integrated, rechargeable Find My chip – a major step up from typical trackers that require coin-cell batteries swapped every few months. Instead, Atlas recharges the tracker via USB-C, so you’ll never have to deal with replacements. Even smarter? Atlas supports pass-through charging, meaning when you’re wirelessly charging your phone through Atlas, the Find My battery is also charging at the same time. No extra steps. No battery anxiety. Just seamless power management.

The 3-in-1 15W Qi wireless charger built into Atlas automatically aligns with your phone thanks to MagSafe. Just plug the USB-C port into any power source and you’re good to go. The side-mounted port keeps your phone’s bottom free – so it can stand vertically without awkward cable interference, or dock perfectly on your nightstand in Apple’s StandBy mode. It’s form, function, and everyday intelligence in one elegant solution.

While splurging for a wallet, a tracker, a stand, and a wireless charger would probably rack up a fine bill, the Atlas starts at $65… or just $6 more than Apple’s own MagSafe wallet. The Atlas comes clad in durable, waterproof vegan leather, with an anti-fingerprint coating and 3 color options to choose from – Onyx Black, Ash Grey, and Sand Beige. Grab yours now, and the Atlas ships as early as October 2025. Upgrade to $99 for the full bundle, and you even get a magnetic snap-on USB-C adapter, and the Atlas Xpand+, a modular snap-on aluminum enclosure that holds an extra 8 cards, bringing your total up to 14 cards… and if you’ve gotten this far and wondered why there isn’t an Android-compatible version just yet, don’t worry – Futurizta Tech is working on one with Google Find My integration and Samsung Watch support which should drop in the near future.
