Your Adobe Creative Cloud Workflow Gets a Type Upgrade

Monotype and Adobe have announced that 750+ premium Monotype typefaces will be available to Creative Cloud users. The bump in font choice (now totaling over 2,800) includes icons such as Helvetica, Avenir, Gotham, Benton Modern, and FF Din. Also included are many of the most popular fonts from Monotype Foundry Partners worldwide, including multilingual, on-trend, and expressive display fonts.

Choice is the obvious benefit—who doesn’t love having more choices? Picking a typeface is among the top three critical decisions for any design project. And that decision is no small thing. According to Monotype’s research, 85% of you believe that the choice of type is essential for shaping a brand’s identity. (For more insights, check out Monotype’s 2024 Font Use & Forecasting Report.)

Your design workflow will encounter fewer missing fonts, and seamless access to many of the world’s most beloved fonts means less friction when designing brand systems at scale. The new fonts also have enhanced language and script support (Japanese, Hindi, and Arabic, among others), empowering today’s global work dynamic.

Our deepened alliance with Adobe reflects a shared commitment to empowering creativity with precision and purpose.
