The German Society of Nature Photographers (GDT) has announced the 15 award-winning images from its prestigious 2025 Nature Photographer of the Year competition, celebrating artistic and technical excellence.
With over 8,000 submissions from 507 photographers across 11 countries, the winning photos showcase breathtaking scenes of birds, mammals, landscapes, and more. Konrad Wothe claimed the Overall Winner title with his stunning shot, “Dipper flying through waterfall,” a result of decades of dedication and technological advancements in photography.
