The white and gray body with rounded corners and subtle branding makes it look approachable and helpful, more like a coworker rolling up to assist than a machine invading your workspace or disrupting the visual harmony.
A circular touchscreen mounted on top serves as the main user interface, offering simple, intuitive controls for requesting spot printing, scheduling deliveries, or checking the robot’s current task status. The low-profile design ensures nubo can navigate tight hallways, crowded meeting areas, and elevator doorways without blocking pathways or creating obstacles for people moving through shared office spaces.
Nubo’s onboard printer lets you send documents directly to the robot from your desk computer and pick them up wherever you happen to be working at that moment. This eliminates trips to central print rooms and waiting in line behind colleagues with massive print jobs. A delivery drawer allows nubo to transport documents, office supplies, or even afternoon snacks to specific desks throughout the building.
