Cushiony wearable boulders but for the feet
The Rock Shoes by Canyaon and Bravest are a pair of soft, wearable boulders, but for feet. They’re pillowy because they’re made of EVA, or ethylene-vinyl acetate, foam. The cushiony feel protects the wearer’s feet, all the while giving them the style as if they were stuck between the gaps of the rocks and couldn’t pull their feet out.
The polymer used has a closed-cell structure, meaning it can be squished and then spring back to its original shape. The foam can also change shape and then return to its normal state, so wearers can keep on walking, and their Rock Shoes can go back to their original form as soon as they take them off.

Look closer, and the user finds that the Rock Shoes by Canyaon and Bravest have moss around them. That’s attention to detail for some who love hiking, rock climbing, and bouldering outdoors. The spurts of greenery are hand-painted by the design team as a way for them to make the stony footwear as realistic as possible. They have also used multiple layers of paint to make the moss look deeper and more lifelike.
The Rock Shoes by Canyaon and Bravest spring to life in several separate pieces of material, or panels. These panels are joined together to create the shoe’s final shape. Each of them helps form the rocky outer shell before the footwear becomes wearable boulders for feet. This panel arrangement also determines the shoe’s overall, realistic look. Since they’re ‘closed’, the Rock Shoes by Canyaon and Bravest may not be the most ideal footwear in the summer, but they can keep the wearer’s feet toasty in cold seasons.
