Valeria Hipocampo is a full-time independent illustrator and also an art historian.
She enjoys narrating and evoking deep emotions through images focused on femininity and nature, exploring their connection with the wild and the spiritual. She primarily works on personal pieces but also engages in editorial illustration, brand collaborations, product illustration, and tattooing. Valeria lives in Mexico City (CDMX). In 2019, she published Sagradas, an illustrated anthology about goddesses from around the world, which marked the beginning of her exploration of various feminine archetypes through illustrated imagery.
